- Good question. Erm, I do not know. Stæfrōf is authentic, but rare and I do not know the plural. If it is like hrōf then it is masculine and presumably then stæfrōfas. - If I am right about the plurals, and if we can render "Georgian" as Georgisc (which I think we must, unless there is a dusty text somewhere referring to the language of Colchis as something else) then it would need the feminine plural declension and be Georgisca stæfrāwa. If in the text you refer to "The Georgian alphabets" then it would be þā Georgiscan stæfrāwa.
