Could someone check this? This corresponds to English.--Fluence 04:53, 29 Mǣdmōnaþ 2008 (UTC)

(my apologies for writing in Nīwum Englisce)
I think it is just a typo and User:Tonyesopi (why doesn't Brūcend:Tonyesopi exist?) copied Wikipedia:Babel#en (English) in this edit and, worse, used the resulting internal link to edit Template:Brūcend en-4 while thinking he was editing Template:Brūcend el-4 (el, not en). To change the title (gān) one needs to have been registered at least 4 days ago (I have two SUL-accounts, en:User:Erik Warmelink and de:User:ErikWarmelink, the account without the space is used on my home wikis (w:en and, later, w:nl). I moved the page (as User:ErikWarmelink), so you should be able to change it (use [1] if necessary). If I ever come back to w:ang and see this discussion again and the page hasn't been changed, I probably will give it a try, but in my humble opinion there should be a template (I would propose template:babel, if that wasn't already used) with 3 parameters
  1. The short name of the language (like en, el, ang)
  2. The level of fluency (empty for native speakers); (perhaps the flag of the nation which killed speakers of other languages (if the level of fluency it isn't "0", "1", "2", "3", "4" or empty); I don't like flags, especially not when their nation killed barbarians, but most nations seem to kill barbarians)
  3. A phrase to describe fluency level $PARAMETER_2 (in language $PARAMETER_1)
It would be easy to implement (if there weren't the alternative for $PARAMETER_2), it would be useful (because there could be a colourgradient for the level of fluency).
Anyway, feel free to change the current redirect. Erik Warmelink 00:55, 30 Mǣdmōnaþ 2008 (UTC)
