It was used to represent insular g because insular g is not shown on some devices. I agree about macrons, having an option to show pages ''also'' without them would be nice. [ ᵹƿ ] was my favorite option, it's a pity it's not liked. [ gƿ ] option without macrons is good idea. :But there was never a suggestion to remove ƿynn option, is it just me who is missing it now?
